In 2015, a permit to offer Senior High School Program was granted to San Juan de Dios Educational Foundation, Inc. – College by the Department of Education. Eventually, in the succeeding year, San Juan de Dios College opened its Senior High School (Grades 11 and 12) program offering the Academic Track with the following strands:

Over the past six years and still counting, the Senior High School Department of San Juan de Dios Educational Foundation Inc. – College had produced 2,024 Senior High School graduates who are charitable, competent, & creative SJDCians. With God’s providence, the number of Senior High School graduating students are continuously increasing and flourishing.
