Program Description
The Hospitality Management Program commits itself to integrally develop employability skills required of hotel-restaurant management professionals through the use of a competency-based program imbued with C5 (Christ-centered, Competent, Compassionate, Creative and Charitable) attributes in providing a common body of knowledge in hotel and restaurant management. The Program is imbued with a broad education, relevant hands-on operational experience, and acquisition of skills and attitudes which will prepare students for responsible leadership roles in the hospitality industry.
Program Objectives
The Hospitality Management Program aims to provide the students the opportunity to:
- Provide the best hospitality education and training programs for the students in a highly conducive learning environment to achieve its vision and mission;
- Intensify students’ knowledge and skills with instruction based on international standards;
- Produce quality graduates with balanced knowledge, skills, and industry exposure in catering, hotel, and management;
- Contribute to the development of the hospitality and tourism industry through relevant research;
- Prepare leaders and the workforce in the various fields of Hospitality Management by satisfying career expectations while linking the programs with industry competency requirements;
- Conduct with the highest ethical standards and build a healthy and harmonious relationship with students, industry partners, and associates;
- Contribute to enhancing the quality of life of Filipinos through community extension and community outreach programs.
