- High School Graduate
- In good health
- Must pass the interview
- Must past the College Entrance Exam
- Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 80% in Fourth Year High School

- Personal interview with the Admissions Officer
- Entrance Examinations Fee (₱500.00)
- Bring 5 (2×2) pictures

For Transferees and Second Courses
- Transcript of Records or Copy of Grades for evaluation purposes

Enrolment Requirements
- Original copy of Form 138 (Grade 12 Report Card)
- Photocopy of Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
For Non-Catholic: Personal letter which certifies the willingness to take Religious Education subjects and to attend/join religious activities of the school. - Medical Clearance from SJDEFI College Clinic
- Original Copy of Certificate of Good Moral with school seal
- 3 pcs. Colored Picture (2X2) for the Application Form and4 pcs. 1×1 colored picture for Enrolment
