Admission Requirements

Admission Criteria

  • High School Graduate
  • In good health
  • Must pass the interview
  • Must past the College Entrance Exam
  • Must have a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 80% in Fourth Year High School

Pre-Admission Requirements

  • Accomplish application form
  • Personal interview with the Admissions Officer
  • Entrance Examinations Fee (₱500.00)
  • Bring 5 (2×2) pictures

    • Physical Therapy – Blue
    • HRM – White

For Transferees and Second Courses

  • Transcript of Records or Copy of Grades for evaluation purposes
  • After evaluation, complete requirements above

Enrolment Requirements

  • Original copy of Form 138 (Grade 12 Report Card)
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Photocopy of Baptismal Certificate
    For Non-Catholic: Personal letter which certifies the willingness to take Religious Education subjects and to attend/join religious activities of the school.
  • Medical Clearance from SJDEFI College Clinic
  • Original Copy of Certificate of Good Moral with school seal
  • 3 pcs. Colored Picture (2X2) for the Application Form and4 pcs. 1×1 colored picture for Enrolment

Additional Requirements For

For Valedictorians or Salutatorians

  • Certification of Honors with school seal (specifying the total number of graduates)
